Planned Redevelopment of the Hahne's Property Herod Redevelopment, Developer The Hahne’s project includes a multi-use structure on the Hahne’s site on Church and South Park Streets. The first floor is retail, with 101 rental units (including 10 affordable units) on floors 2-7. The building is stepped back on floors 2 and 6 to reduce bulk and improve aesthetics. Underground parking and some surface parking on Trinity Place are available for residents. Commercial parking will be provided at the Crescent Deck. The Crescent Deck, to be built and administered by the Montclair Parking Authority, will provide for approximately 400 spaces on four levels. |
